A sneak peak
humbles you
it is beautiful out there
look and feel
light always beat darkness, ha de Gött!

life is shit some say
try standing here all day
this is now my lot
my own destiny full fills
standing on this spot
taking all the spills
seagull chuckles
they say that I’m a noisy pooping bird
honestly I don’t give a turd
This poor guy stands outside the City Hall of Belfast, Northern Ireland. I don’t know who he is or what he done to be immortalised as a statue but the seagulls like him, or do they?
It’s always good to wear a cap by the sea, ha de Gött!

I got this picture from the island Ven of the old man on his boat. Made me think of Hemingway.
The beautiful island Ven is situated in the Öresund between Sweden and Denmark. There will be more pictures coming when I catch up with editing my photos from all traveling this summer.
Navigandum est, ha det gött!

The Stockholm City Hall was completed in 1923 after 15 years of construction. This 101 year old building is not only for administration but also holds several large halls for larger banquets. The Nobel Prize banquet is held here in December every year. So if you want to rub shoulders with the Swedish royal family you just have to figure out a ground breaking invention or discovery.
The 106 metre high tower it makes a good landmark for Sweden’s capital by the shore of the lake Mälaren.
Keep invent, ha de gött!

We took a trip to the Capital of Sweden, Stockholm. Me and my son spent almost five hours at the newly renovated National Museum. In the museum there are art from the great Swedish masters like Carl Larsson and Anders Zorn. There are also paintings from other masters like Matisse and also some art stolen as spoils of war from the time when Sweden was a super power.
I must confess I don’t remember what was on display in this hall. I was mesmerised by the amazing light from the windows. Quite a long waiting to get a picture without people, worth the wait.
See the light, ha de Gött!

She gave me an angry look when she realised I was taken photos while she was in the bath. I feared that she would call her friends and do the scream and shit fly by.
Thank God for the umbrella, ha de Gött!

I’ve been away to the green island, Ireland. Mostly in Dublin but also a bus tour to Northern Ireland. I have some pictures, that I managed to take between the rain showers, to edit. Last week stopped the process as I’ve been knocked down by the flu for the fourth time this year. Just a picture from the green landscape to let you know I’m still around.
No greenwashing, ha de Gött!
Today a video from under the surface. I got myself an underwater drone and I finally got to try it out. Not so easy to control but practise makes perfect. With the risk of getting seasick please join me on my first test run. As always background music from my son.
Hold your breath, ha de Gött!

They say that the seventh wave is always larger. It must have been that one that got me soaking wet. Picture was worth it.
Always pack spare clothes, ha de Gött!

Do you see it? From Amsterdam, Holland.
Look to see, ha de Gött!
