Winter and Snow

Winter and Snow

Mild weather coming in from the south and the snow is melting fast so I made a video with some snow pictures. As always accompanied with music by my son Edvin. Hope you like it and brings you a bit of Christmas spirit.

Do check out more videos on my YouTube site, ha de Gött!

Smoke on the Water

Smoke on the Water

It was a rock’ n’ Roll weekend. Both smoke on the water and fire in the sky. Come on, you all know the famous riff. Let’s go!

We all went down to Grebbestad
On the sea Skagerrak shore line
To take pictures with the camera, yeah
We didn't have much time now

King Frost and the Ice Queens
Were at the best place around
But our sun put up it's flare gun
Burned the sky to red inferno

Smoke on the water, a fire in the sky
Smoke on the water, you guys are great

Air guitar, everybody. Yeah, ha de Gött!

Cherish the light

Cherish the light

Tjurpannan nature preserve from a different angle and covered by a thin layer of snow. The sun made brave attempts to break through the thick dark blue clouds. Today sun was raising at 08:53 and set again at 15:20. Winter time is hard for a photographer who has a day job full time.

Don’t eat the yellow snow, animals use it when they have to go. Ha de Gött!

Amur Leopard

Amur Leopard

I had given up on this picture. It’s taken through the fence and I thought it would come out all blurred. But after some time in Lightroom it came out rather good.

The Amur Leopard (Panthera pardus orientalis) is the worlds most endangered cat. Hunted for its beautiful fur and, like many other endangered species, its habitats shrinks due to human exploitation. A solitary animal that only meet to mate. Majestic with weight up to 45 kilos, can become almost two meters long and 80 centimetres high.

Check out Nordens Ark if you want to know more.

Meadow

Meadow

autumn in the meadow

shade from oak, and linden tree

what hides there, in the dark

fairies and trolls, can’t you see

at night they dance, to mark

autumn in the meadow

Let your imagination run wild, ha de Gött!
