Spring green island in evening light, ha de Gött!

Local fisherman checking nets and traps on a hazy winters day.
The ocean gives and the ocean takes. Respect it, ha de Gött!

Spring shades of green mixed with the shades of blue in the water and the oncoming thunder clouds. I made it ashore from the island before the thunder storm hit but, I had to give the boat full throttle.
Open sea and thunder is not a good mix, ha de Gött!

There is a distant thunder but the sun still shine.
Ha de Gött!

Not only the water surface was blank, so was also the sky. Clear skies is the landscape photographers nightmare. After struggling with myself I decided that this picture work with the blank water surface sorrounded by the rocks.
What do you think, please give me your feedback in the comment field.
Embrace the stillness and let your mind go blank, ha de Gött!

Some evenings are just magical. Stillness and the spring evening sun warms up your frozen winter soul. With that light I’m glad I brought the camera. With the birds song in my ears I just don’t want to go home.
I just wish that I was a better poet to make this justice, please feel free to lend a helping hand.
Ha de Gött!

The city of Cologne from a dirty airplane window. If you look closely you can see the cathedral at the Rhein river bend. The city is the oldest in Germany. Already year 50 it was granted city privileges from the Roman empire. With one million inhabitants it is the forth largest German city.
What goes up, must come down. Ha de Gött!

Walk into the sunset of the great wide open.
Let the fresh chilly evening air fill your lungs.
Allow mother nature to rock you in the moment.
Take care of those moments, ha de Gött!
