A family of Greylag goose (anser anser). The parents keep a close watch on me as they swim out of my reach. I hope some of the chicks survive this year. Assuming this are the same couple as last year in this spot, last year they had fewer and I don’t think any survived. I could count ten chicks, how may can you see?
Nature is beautiful but hard, ha de Gött!
I meet these two in the morning when I go on my morning walk. They let me come close but not too close.
Oh, dear it’s a deer, ha de Gött!
Over the horizon.
Will I find the path.
Or should I walk safe.
In my accustomed steps.

Hägring
Allt du byggt är en hägring.
Rinner snart genom dina fingrar.

For a while life slows down.
Early spring birds sing their lullaby.

Lyckan
Satt på gyllene pedistal.
Jagar vi och tillber vi den.
Driver oss i olycka.
Men lycka är bara en biprodukt.
Av given du fått.
Och hur du spelar den.

Sat on a golden pedestal.
We chase and worship it.
Drives us into misery.

The fog thickens and makes it hard to see what the next steps will bring. We can only hope that the sun will clear the mist.
