Alder tree’s around a frozen pond. Sometimes it pays getting off the main road and driving the winding backroads.
A pond is always a good place for pondering, ha de Gött!

flying off like an old seagull blazed in a storm wind the old year disapears leaves nothing but memories of our ups and downs our crashing in the time's ever forward moving windshield left knocked down on the road should we stay down or rise like a bird Phoenix dust off, spread dishevelled wings turn to the winds and soar soar in the bright lights of the oncoming future
Hope 2023 will be a good year but, to quote a Nobel Prize winner, the answer my friend is blowing in the wind. Ha de Gött!

The forester planted a seed and it sprung from the ground. He was pleased and nurtured the plant. Watched as it grew, shooting branches with foliage so green. He was widely praised for this beautiful tree and its fast growth. Pleased he sat down to closely watch over his tree.
Slowly the colours changed. Deep healthy green faded in to yellow and red. The forester franticly ran with buckets of water and fertilizer to bring back the green. Branches started to come off so he started to trim them to save what was healthy. All he could hear was dissatisfied grunts.
Slowly the tree withered and died. With heavy heart and tears in his eyes he walked away. Fingers pointing in discontent. On top of the hill he turned around to see. To see what was left of his tree. The dense forest around blocked his view. Blocking the sun rays.
Stay focused but don’t forget to look up, ha de Gött!

Mild weather coming in from the south and the snow is melting fast so I made a video with some snow pictures. As always accompanied with music by my son Edvin. Hope you like it and brings you a bit of Christmas spirit.

Roe deer (Capreolus capreolus) finding something to eat under the snow. Guess they stay in the sun to get some warmth in the cold weather. This little deer weighs around 20 to 30 kilos. Cute, but their large numbers creates lots of damage in gardens and for farmers. They are also involved in a large number of traffic accidents.
Please be a dear and watch where you steer, ha de Gött!

Chill out, it’s chilly outside. Ha de Gött!
