Winter morning

Winter morning

Finally there was some light and I was off work. I backed my camera gear and headed out in the morning. What a morning, -11°C and light offshore winds. From the still warm sea the sea smoke rose and danced around Väcker lighthouse like fairies.

Stay tuned for more pictures to come and also check out my Instagram.

Tug of war

Tug of war

We had a tug of war, me and the wind. I was trying to get a stable shot but the wind tried to push me of the cliff. Sat down on my ass like a three year old while the wind was screaming like a parent in 30 meters per second. Just like riding on the car roof going 105 km/h.

Keep calm and hold on, ha de Gött!

Patience

Patience

November with its darkness is not an optimal time for a photographer but with some patience and luck there are some rewards. I waited almost two hours in the cold north east wind for the light from the sun to find a gap in the clouds. Quoting a famous beer commercial from our Danish friends “worth waiting for”.

Good things come to those who wait, ha de Gött!
